2.In tubes;
3.In Reel, this is very fast assembly;

Our snap dome also be used in car remote controller, really?

Below the car alarm remote control buttons keyboard is our snap dome. In generally, we use the triangle snap dome. Here are two options: triangle with two legs and triangle without legs, but with adhesive. Customers always choose the triangle snap dome with adhesive, we call metal dome array.  It can be made with  3-4 keys together to be attached to the remote controller board, it’s very convenient and fast !

Snap domes for medical ESU pencil as key switch

Do you know that the key switch for medical ESU pencil is snap domes? The answer is yes, but do you know the exactly of specification it is used? Let’s see below details.

We generally use triangle snap dome for ESU-pencil, with legs or without legs.

1. If you are using a triangle metal dome with legs, the pcb circuit board should has two holes, you can put his legs into the holes, bending the foot and then fixed.

2. If you are using a no-legs triangular metal dome, we can make it into dome array, it can also be firmly glued to the pcb board.

Commonly we use 6mm diameter and 8mm diameter. The main advantage of this type is high press force and good click feeling.

The relative between thickness and diameter of the snap domes

Do there has a certain relative between thickness and diameter of the snap domes? Generally there has a certain relationship.

Snap domes material generally used is stainless steel 301 and 304, the shape we have circle, cross, triangle and oblong, with diameters from 3mm to 20mm. Here you can have a look at their relationship:

1. Diameter: 3mm-5mm; Material thickness: 0.04mm-0.06mm;

2. Diameter: 6mm-8mm; Material thickness: 0.06mm-0.08mm;
