The tooling of metal dome array consists: spacer tooling, holes and outline tooling, assembly tooling, three partes. The time is about 5 working days to set up. The reliability and tolerance of this way is much thigher than laser cutting to make dome array. Some customers may worry about the cost to set up tooling, please don’t worry, when your order quantity reach a certain number, we will refund back to you.
